Introduction
The Ugli Fruit is a natural hybrid, having been discovered growing naturally in 1917, near Brown's Town, Jamaica, It is believed this citrus fruit arose on the island through the natural hybridization of a tangerine or orange with a grapefruit or pomelo.

The taste is often described as a combination of tangerine and lemon, its more sourer than an orange but less bitter than a grapefruit.

All orders are packed in cardboard boxes with a biodegradable packing pellets to protect the fruit during transit, unfortunately we do not offer a gift wrapping or send the fruit in a gift basket as this may cause toe bruise during transit..

That said, we want every customer to be happy so we do offer vouchers, refunds and replacements at our sole discretion if your fruit has arrived inedible.
