It is translucent and pale white in colour and resembles a lychee in texture but has the taste of a very sweet and tender coconut.

Preparation
Our Ice Apple's come in packs of 4, please consume within 1 day of opening pack, rinse under tap and and peel back outer casing to reveal edible flesh, rinse again under the tap and you're all set.

All orders are packed in cardboard boxes with a biodegradable packing pellets to protect the fruit during transit, unfortunately we do not offer a gift wrapping or send the fruit in a gift basket as this may cause toe bruise during transit..
