It is one of the 40 different species which belong to Actinidia genus and it is very closely related to Actinidia deliciosa the most common commercial kiwifruit.Ā Red Passion Kiwi's have a bronze skin, and golden flesh with bright red centre.Ā Ā

Red Passion Kiwi has a smoother, sweeter and more berry like taste compared to green or golden kiwi. It's texture is soft and smooth, similar to a golden kiwi.
Preparation
You can either cut it in half with a knife or you can cut it in slices. You can eat the skin of the fruit if you like as it is very soft. You can have in a fruit salad, juice, or in your smoothies.Ā Ā Ā
