Introduction
Golden kiwi (Actinidia chinensis) is a fruiting vine native to China. It is one of the 40 different species which belong to Actinidia genus and it is very closely related to Actinidia deliciosa the most common commercial kiwifruit. Golden kiwi has a bronze skin, with a beak shape at the stem attachment and its flesh colour can vary from bright green to intense yellow. Their size is similar to a chicken egg.
