Regions
While its roots trace back to Persia (modern-day Iran), Persian limes are now cultivated in various tropical and subtropical regions around the globe. Today, major producers include Mexico, India, Brazil, and the United States, particularly in states like Florida and California.

The Persian lime has a delightful blend of tartness and sweetness. Its smooth, thin skin encases juicy pulp bursting with refreshing acidity and a zesty punch. The texture is soft yet firm, and very juicy.
