The Australian finger limes refreshing citrus vesicles, opulent aesthetic, and versatility make it one of our favourite fruits.
These tasty treats we first discovered growing naturally on a thorny shrub along the Queensland and New South Wales coastal border. The hype around finger lime (also known as caviar lime) increased during the mid-'90s as its small citrus vesicles started being utilised as a garnish for local gourmet bushfood.
